A decade of building at startups before building my own.
I spent 10+ years working across Customer Success, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Operations at B2B SaaS startups and enterprise companies. Fintech, health tech, climate tech, media tech, SMB tech. I've seen what works and what doesn't from the inside.
At nZero, I managed roughly $3M in ARR as a Customer Success leader. At the American Medical Association, I led digital product initiatives. Each role taught me something different about how businesses actually grow: how to listen to customers, how to build products people want, and how to sell without being pushy.
I earned my MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I focused on business analytics and entrepreneurship. But the most useful education has been building my own thing from scratch.

I've done this before, in a completely different industry.
Before Coachstack, I stepped in as Fractional Executive Director at Food Safety News, a media organization that was running on an outdated business model. I rebuilt the website, launched a membership program, restructured the newsletter, set up donation infrastructure, and led the legal conversion to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
I operated as a solo founder inside an existing organization: same constraints, same ambiguity, same "figure it out with limited resources" energy. Today I serve as President of the Board.
That experience is why I coach with such conviction that you don't need a big team or a big budget to transform a business. You need clarity, focus, and the willingness to do the work.
